Bought an apple buy along with lots of other groceries at this store on Thanksgiving morning.
By Sunday the pie had mold on it, so I returned it around 11:30 AM. The woman at the "Customer Care" counter was anything but "caring". Her diminutive attitude did not allow for a hello or any kind of greeting after I waited in line for my turn. I told her why I was returning the unused portion of the pie, showing her the visible mold spots. This prompted her to examine the label, apparently searching for a freshness date-which it did not have. She found the item on the receipt and with the friendliness of a rabid skunk, processed my credit. When done, I asked why I was not offered an apology for my inconvenience, prompting her to look baffled and sarcastically say, "oh, I'm sorry." I don't live in Arizona, and luckily, I do not need to shop at stores with employees such as these.
