rev:text	Hard to believe the amount of positive reviews over this place. Given so however is what caused me to choose this place to celebrate my goddaughter's birthday. I will give this place credit where it's due; the day before the date of the event I ended up going into labor and giving birth and they were kind enough to allow us to reschedule without a cost considering the circumstances but to the only time available, late Saturday night. Nonetheless, we accepted and arrived. No safety video was played as mentioned on the site. The equipment conditions were HORRIBLE. Very first room, one equipment appear unsafe and deflated however staff assured it was fine and jumped from it to "prove" it. So, the kids began to play on it and the birthday girl got injured on this one from landing on her feet in the "inflated" section of all things. We later found out she fractured her ankle and will be getting a cast here in the next couple of days. At some point during the party instead of watching the kids staff were in the corner playing soccer with one another, providing no attention to the party. There was another equipment with a huge hole in it (see picture I added) and staff told us MANAGEMENT IS AWARE THAT SOME EQUIPMENT IS FAULTY and were working towards getting it fixed. If this is the case, the equipment shouldn't be open for use! Pizza was cold when we got to the meal portion of the party. The manager working was nice and did discount some of the bill but unfortunately this won't be a party we'll ever forget; beware.
