  • Arrival time was scheduled to be 12:30 PM we boarded the plane and waited on the plane for half an hour before they told us one of the engines wouldn't start We disembarked and then waited again We then got on a different plane The luggage was loaded on the plane We took off and the plane banked so sharply that it made me feel very nervous the wing was pointed down to the ground The pilots did this a few times... really not necessary We landed safely I missed my lunch meeting and my meeting before that got pushed way back and the car that was meeting me at the airport waited for about an hour and a half. The airline didn't even offer any kind of coupon towards the next flight or an apology as to why we were late... It ended up really screwing me around.
