  • Excellent customer service with great follow up without being pushy. They did everything they said they would including notifying us when delivery would be there and delivery was on time, very quick, thorough and friendly. My husband can't stand shopping, especially when there are commission sales people involved. Unfortunately that is mostly because of a different furniture store here in the valley. The sales people were very pushy and literally fought right in front of us over who's customer we were. This was after I was very very clear we were literally just looking and getting ideas . We walked out and never have been back. That was 3 years ago, it's taken me that long to get him to even consider furniture shopping again. Lucky for me he had a friend who had a great experience at Ashley Furniture, so he was willing to give it another try. Thanks to Ashley furniture his perception of furniture shopping has completely changed... My husband said he would go back to Ashley Furniture any day and as far as he's concerned that's where we will be buying everything from now on. That makes this one very happy girl to know I will actually be able to get him to go shopping with me again and probably soon. They have a big variety of styles, great quality and terrific prices. Especially on Managers Special sets. That's what we ended up getting and can't believe how much we saved! Thanks Ashley Furniture and your amazing team for making this an awesome experience and changing my husband's opinion about furniture shopping! We will be back and soon to see John Maz at 6910 W Bell Rd. Glendale AZ and the rest of the amazing sales associates who were fantastic and so willing to help even on John's day off!
