  • The service I received was great. The technician was thorough, paid attention to detail and the job was very neat. The establishment was very welcoming and clean. The reason for the rating is because I went in for a gel repaint. Only two of my nails needed to have the gel removed. After the work was done she told me the price was $23. The price for a gel change color is not posted any where. This amount is a bit steep for a change of color. When I asked the question the technician brushed me off, acted like she was so busy that she couldn't answer my question or concern about the price. Maybe she thought if she didn't answer me the first time I would shut up. After I asked again she still didn't explain to me the cost of the gel change. I should have asked the price before hand. But ignoring the customer is unacceptable and rude
