  • I've raved about Dr. Kiernan before, but I feel obligated to share my most recent experience... I stopped in yesterday to pick up a sample set of contacts. This was not an appointment or a paid visit, I was just picking up the lenses. It was nice to see that her staff still delivered the same level of courtesy and service. I also appreciated that I wasn't made to feel inconvenient when I explained that I had misplaced the prescription Dr. Kiernan had given me a few weeks ago. I was handed another copy and was patiently given a chance to ask any questions that I may have had. Dr. Kiernan and her staff are truly outstanding. They set the trend by which all others should be measured.
