  • The only reason why I come here is because I am comfortable with Dr. Peter Thomas and Dr. Heather Harris. They are great and can answer my questions regarding health or any issues I may have. However, the staff at the front desk are just rude, always giving me attitude when I want to ask questions to clarify and they just seem like they don't want to be there and help patients. They also don't seem like they know what they are doing when I ask questions. Every time I call to follow up on something, I never get a call back and it takes quite awhile for someone to get back to me. Does this office even care about their patients? Additionally, this office makes you wait for 30 minutes or more even though I have an appointment at a certain time. This is just so disappointing and unprofessional. The front desk staff needs to work on their service and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I will most likely go to another office.
