  • Our first visit to Otro and overall pleased, with a couple issues. Very pleasant staff and good food. The issues? We sat around 6pm and while busy, the staff was good & attentive. We did have a couple changes to the orders and was hit/miss. The hit - thanks for the meat change for the filling on the enchiladas, Miss - I did ask for no bean (which was done correctly), but I never got my rice and since we got appetizers it didn't become obvious right away as we had plenty of food. The table behind us wanted to order lamb but they apparently had already run out around 630 on a Saturday? Also, I did want the Lemon/Spanish cinnamon creme brule after our good meal and sadly - they were out on this as well (around 7pm on a Saturday), even with a few misses and some of the items seem to be slightly over-priced or priced maybe a bit higher than you'd think ... but we'll certainly be back and hope to try the patio in cooler weather!
