  • I had mixed feelings about using Empire for our carpet needs due to some of the reviews I read, but I can honestly say I'm extremely impressed! We had other carpet companies (that came highly recommended on Angie's List) come to our house first for quotes. While they were very nice the quoted price seemed a bit high. We decided to give Empire a try. Not only was the salesperson very nice, on time, and knowledgeable. The price he gave us was considerably less than the other companies. I'm talking hundreds of dollars less. Our carpet installation happened today and the installers called us twice before coming out to give us a 2 hr and 45 min heads up. I really liked that. They were very professional and did an excellent job of installing new carpet on our stairs and master bedroom closet. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and showed us the completed work before leaving. I would recommend Empire Today to anyone for their carpet needs.
