rev:text	Clean Freak, I am so very disappointed in you. I have been a frequent user of your car washes since you showed up in Phoenix, enjoying your plethora of vacuums, wet towels for wiping my car's interior, and air pressure hoses for getting rid of all the drips. Not to mention the awesome gift card deals you offer around the holidays! Then I went this morning, loyalty card and prepaid gift card in hand to spruce up the 'ol Subaru. The young man informed me that I could no longer use the car wash because of my hitch mounted bike rack. I questioned him about this...I have been through many times with both a hitch mounted rack as well as with a roof rack. No, my car doesn't get as clean because you turn off some of the brushes, but I can work with that. I choose to have the bike rack. On top of that, you remind me every time that you will not be responsible for any damage to my rack. Again, that's fair. But then this young man adds that if I WANT TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR MONTHLY CAR WASH PROGRAM I CAN STILL USE THE CAR WASH WITH MY BIKE RACK ATTACHED!!!! What?!? So what started out sounding like an attempt at keeping your equipment safe (I guess?) from my bike rack, turns into a ploy to get $17 a month from me, regardless of how often my car actually NEEDS washing?!? I'm disgusted. So, for all of you cycling/skiing/snowboarding enthusiasts (plus perhaps those who carry a rack for a wheelchair too), be prepared to either join their monthly membership club or check out another car wash. I sincerely hope you change your policies.
