  • Like the Cure, I go to Charlotte sometimes. It's not a particularly Good Charlotte airport (get it), but it's not bad. The airport itself never gave me a problem and is pretty quick in and out. So I quite like it. The problem lies in the Border guards here. I was given the third degree and kept so long that I missed my flight. That doesn't often happen to me. A lot of Border guards at the land crossings will delay me for masses of time but at airports I have had much less of a problem. At Charlotte I had my biggest airport problem I've ever had. The reason I'm on the watch list is because I am a liberal peace activist who believes very passionately in pacifism. If you don't believe that, I feel sorry for you. These things don't really gel with the leaders of our countries as you can imagine. If you don't think that's why I got held up at the border well believe me. Or don't. What does it matter in the end.
