I just wanted to update my review since I last posted. I received a call from Erica, the area manager. She seemed genuinely concerned with my review and apologized profusely. She scheduled another wax for me and promised to make things right. She also confirmed that she spoke to the front desk regarding the billing issues regarding different services and assured me that things are corrected.
So today was my wax, with Leigh, and she was amazing. She took her time, asked me if the temperature of the wax was comfortable, and took her time. She asked me to check things over before I left and I was extremely happy. I will make all of my future appointments with her. Erica and Leigh both showed extreme customer service and completely made up for my past bad experience.
