I've been at Bomb since I was 6 weeks postpartum with my second child. Since then, I've lost over 25 pounds!
The bootcamp, muay thai and get strong classes are my favourite. I find these classes more intense, as you can dictate how hard you want to work in the class. The Bomb has classes for all fitness levels - beginners to advanced. The atmosphere is supportive and friendly. The instructors are motivating and you don't feel too pushed. They provide you with just enough encouragement so that you come back for more :)
If you are thinking of joining this gym, I recommend getting the unlimited 30 day pass and try all the different classes. That way you can see which classes you like best. Also, if you have little kids, you can take advantage of the child minding 3 times a week for $2 (per child, per class). Amazing :)
