  • Can I give no stars? I have never had a Dr's appointment cancelled on me they day of an appointment, after I've been waiting in the office for almost 2 hours. I was told I "could reschedule". Yeah no shit. That's a hell of a thing to say to someone like myself. I had a bad wrist fracture and this MRI was going to hopefully shed some light into why I have continued pain and discomfort. This is super disappointing and quite frankly unprofessional. You shouldn't be scheduling appointments with folks if you can't handle the patient load or if your equipment doesn't work. First I was told that the delay was due to 1 patient showing up late. Then, after that BS excuse, I was told the machine wasn't working. Guess what? The machine coincidentally wasn't working when it was time for them to go home. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this dump.
