  • Slow lines, incompetent staff, they're inexperienced, unmotivated, there are zero standards at this location, they'll mess up your order no matter what; even if you repeat it at the window. My latest problem was ordering iced lattes for my office, I'm only grabbing 3. I wait in line forever, pay, when I get to the pick up window they tell me they're cleaning their latte machine. Which means staff might also be retarded, as they had 2 opportunities to tell me their machine was out. Somehow McDonald's staff always manages to spoil my meals. I like eating McDonald's, I like the brand, it's just that my tolerance with mediocre staff is running thin. Where are your AI robots? I need them!
