  • I have used this storage unit for nearly two years. Today was the first time I had to encounter the front office staff beyond the initial signup. The front office person was rude, offensive and out of line. He was incredibly unprofessional and I just can't say enough to how badly I was treated. I tried very hard to be kind and take a step back but the lack of any type of humanity was just beyond me. I'd like to think he was just having a really bad day and decided to take it out on the clientele but come to see there have been other bad experiences with him, beware! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
