  • I've come to this location to get my tires pressure checked and air filled since its close to my office. One time they punctured my tires while repairing a leak and were very nice to replace my punctured Season Tire and gave me a deal on my winters. As I've come in get my replacement and change over to winter tires, the guy changing my tires punctured another one. Given that I've experienced punctured tires twice at this location, John the front service guy was really really sympathetic and did all in his power to help & in reality, he didn't have to be so nice. At the end he gave me a great deal on my winter tires, replaced my all-season and solved the problem. They could have been rejective and ignored me, but they didn't. Instead they were responsible and solved the problem and I'm truly thankful for that.
