  • I've been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. The service I receive has always been exceptional, and best of all, I have never waited in line more than a couple minutes when I do go inside the bank for a teller transaction. If I need to use the ATMs, there are 2 right outside the front door and also one in the drive through area (these will dispense 20s and 50s) which is nice if I'm pulling out a larger amount. I do occasionally run into someone trying to back out and leave through the entrance area rather than just driving around the bank. When this happens, they inevitably block others from trying to pull in due to the way the bank parking is set up. To avoid this, I usually just park in the large parking lot that the bank is part of. The available online banking activities are easy to navigate through and you can do just about everything on line other than get cash. The banking hours are typical and they are open longer on Fridays to accommodate pay days. The bankers and tellers are always friendly and greet you with a smile.
