This was our first time doing business with Ford Country. We started off on the wrong foot with one miscommunication after another. It seems like interdepartmental communication does not exist in this organization. All the miscommunication issues lined up perfectly much like the Swiss cheese model of accident causation. In the end, the dealership recognized their mistakes and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Their customer service department and sales manager worked together to ensure they gained a life-long customer. Kudos to their team because it worked. I will be back for future car purchases, maintenance, and parts. I highly recommend the locally owned Ford Country.
