I've had a minor knee injury from working out that resulted in a slight muscle imbalance within my thigh. Dr. Randy evaluated me and told me to come in twice a week for three weeks and provided an at-home workout guide. I have noticed improvement with my knee pain and leg function overall, but I do not feel like they truly value me as a patient. I had to take it upon myself to schedule more appointments once I reached the end of the preliminary 3 weeks, something the front desk staff should be on top of. The front desk staff are not very personable and do not make you feel welcome as you enter. No "hello", "welcome in" or "how are you" which can make approaching the front desk awkward, as if you're interrupting them when they're there to serve you. I've been on the same regimen for a month now, without any updates if I'm improving at an appropriate pace or even a plan to know how soon I can return to even just some leg exercises. It's as if they're stringing me along, collecting my money, without a vision or plan in place to set me up for true success.
