  • I've been having a lot of neck pain lately that has led to not being able to sleep & horrendous migraines. I knew I needed to get in to Elements asap. This is my favorite location. Ive seen John many times here over the last couple years & he is amazing, especially with deep tissue and increasing my flexibility. He wasn't available tonight and I couldn't wait. I trust the ladies at the front desk with whatever they recommend. I saw Hailey tonight for a much needed 90 min session. She did exactly what I needed. I needed a much lighter touch than usual and I needed my neck, shoulders, and jaw focused on. She did a fantastic job. Seriously feels like magic how much more relaxed my neck and jaw feels. I highly recommend her especially if you have any tmj issues, tension headaches or migraines. So glad I decided to go after work. You gotta take care of yourself!
