  • Stayed at this hotel last month when our flight got cancelled. Booked the reservation online at hotels.com while at the airport. Checked in to hotel with no issues. Got the credit card bill and they double charged us! Our credit card statement shows one nights charge from hotels.com and one nights charge from the Holiday Inn Charlotte?!? Called the hotel 3 times and each time they said someone would get back to us but they never did. We have to dispute it with the credit card company now. Some scam they are running.
