  • We went there for my son's 20th birthday a couple of weeks ago. We made a reservation and when we arrived we were shown in to a separate side room that had 2 Teppanyaki tables. There was no atmosphere whatsoever in that room, and it was completely separated from the main restaurant. Soul less and totally disappointing. The server took ages to take our drinks order, just as long to bring them to the table, and even longer to even take our food order. The chef was great but when he left it was as if we were totally forgotten. We had to go and find the server to take our plates away then go and find her again to get our check. Then for a third time we had to go and find her to actually pay. To top it all, we had told her at the beginning that it was my son's birthday, and at the end of the meal the server brought a large slice of chocolate cake, so we thought this was a nice gesture for our son's birthday. We were just about to start eating it when she rushed back in, picked it up and told us this was for another table - no apology, just an angry face, and stormed!!! I wrote to the manager and heard absolutely nothing back. The service is very poor, and the customer service afterwards is even poorer.
