  • Maintenance staff is always courteous and thorough. The only reason I gave them 3 stars, is they are not willing to work with residents if they are unable to pay all of their rent by the 3rd of the month. This has only happened once and was not an ongoing thing, however we needed some time and was paying more than 50% of the rent by the 3rd. There should be at least one "get out of jail free card". I understand that some people will try and abuse the system if they would work with residents, however this was not the case for us. So now I have to pay $200+ in fees. The property is always kept neat and clean, and there are always landscapers maintaining the complex grounds.
