Don't book this! Uber is a much better option especially if your destination is airport to somewhere on the strip. I paid 60 dollars round trip for three people to take us from airport to NewYork NewYork Hotel and return trip to airport 4 days later. The first ride to the airport was fine but on the pick up day where super shuttle was suppose to take us back to the airport, our scheduled pick up time was 10:30-10:45; we were out in front on the lookout by 10:30 and did not see the van. By 10:34, I get a text message indicating that the drivers estimated time of arrival is 10:35 and as we are looking around frantically for the driver, we see him driving away and could not catch him or get ahold of him via telephone number included in the text message. I then went to speak to the hotel concierge (they were amazing) and they put me in touch with the super shuttle people who never even apologized for what had happened. The concierge requested another van to be sent over to pick us up but the super shuttle employee insisted we would need to pay again. There was never an apology from her part and when I asked for her name, she hung up the phone. I have never dealt with a company as rude as this one with zero respect for their customers. Please take my advice, don't be fooled by the easily accessible super shuttle vans when you land in the airport, book an Uber and safe yourself from dealing with rude people with poor customer satisfaction values.
