  • While used car salesman have always been a bit slimy to me, Chapman Hyundai takes the cake. I contacted a salesman about a car I found online. I made an appointment with him to see the car. I texted before I drove all the way over and he said " great! come on by." I arrived to meet with Cleo and after walking around the entire lot discovered "that particular car was not there." But wait!!! I can find you another car just like it!!" Cleo leaves, in comes the "Manager of Sales" ( A title apparently he was rather proud of.) What happened to the first guy, I asked. The manager said he was there to help me now (ready for the hard sell?) after another 15 minutes of the manager telling me what a great guy he was and how lovely it was that he came "to help" I left the dealership. Apparently, Cleo wasnt trusted to sell a car? I overheard a poor woman across the way being given the same treatment. Don't go to Chapman Hyundai.. better off walking. What a joke! Sorry I had to give one star, should have been a minus one.
