Never again! I have used 3 day blinds for 30 years, since the days when they had actual shops. My last experience was a disaster. The wrong blinds were sent, the wrong hardware was sent, and there was no communication on the part of 3 day blinds. I had to make every single call, from scheduling the installation, to calling corporate and re-scheduling installation. After making several calls, the blinds came into the installers. I made 6 calls in one day to get the replacement blinds installed. I have never dealt with such a shoddy operation. One person was helpful at the customer care office. There are many other window covering places available, and in the future I will use one of them instead of 3 Day Blinds. By the time they are installed, which has not happened yet, it will be a full month since I placed the order.
