  • Every time I come into town for a visit, we go to the Blackbird Baking Company, as it's my nephew's favorite. The baked goods are usually on point, but the asparagus and cheese galette was over baked, a bit dry and lacked flavor. The coffee is ok, but it sits in the carafe too long and is not as hot as I like. If I lived in the area, I would get baked goods to go.
