Terrible place to do business. Brought my genesis in for an oil change and to have them look at the windshield wipers as they were not turning on. Three hours later was told that because my windshield was not and OEM and had been replace by safelite incorrectly they could not resolve the issues. Rodney told me that they had run a full diagnosis and that it was safelite she fault. They had to charge me 60 dollars because it was a non warranty issue.
Called safelite a day later their tech came out, cleaned the connector and bam GOT IT WORKING!!!
Left several messages and NOT ONE CALL BACK FROM LAKE NORMAN!!! Was told that the manager has to approve refunds. My service was on 7/28. No help.
Update. The service manager got back to me. To his credit he was never brought into my issue right away. He called and agreed with me, refunded my money and made it right. I made it clear that news, good or bad needs to be delivered and his staff failed. He was very responsive and took care of the issue
