  • I just left the dealership last night. Guys wow last night! I want to warn you about this Nissan place, and I have never been so upset about buying a brand new car. They add that dealer package for $1,977 and you have to buy it with your car that you also get rebates for. Which doesn't make sense. Oh and never let them take your key and keep it for car appraisal. ALWAYS get it back. So, I was supposed to work with James, this is what his so called assistant Shannon said, then they gave me Teddy who didn't do anything but his job. But still from past experiences I just wanted to work with 1 person to earn some trust with for this buy and future buys, and he initially was supposed to be with me the whole time, but he had his anniversary so he probably didn't want to get stuck. That's what I am assuming. I woke up at 4 am and I feel sick to my stomach that I had that stupid package added so they can make extra money off the money you are supposed to save. Then I was pressured to buy the gap/warranty/oil changes/tire package, which is ok but I kept telling Mohammad I wanted to go through my credit union because they are high priced at the dealers, then he started talking about 110%/150% coverage. Please let my experience not be yours, I am saddened that you kinda get pressured and fooled. I am not bashing the internet sales manager James, because he is the only thing that made me a little calm to make a purchase here, but I was about to walk out. And guys the only reason I stayed and bought this car is because I am a single mother of 3 kids and don't have a lot of extra time to be going all over the place to get the best deal. I had no choice because my kids have to go with me, no other options here. Girls got to do what a girls got to do for a safer car for her babies. I did a little research before I came here, but I still got suckered into nonsense added fees. It doesn't have to be like that, but unfortunately over them making extra dollars it will be. I just wanted to share this and thanks for listening because I needed to elaborate on my experience here to feel somewhat better. I love my car, don't get me wrong, but I don't like that they give you these rebates but also add nonsense dealer packages and whatever else to make up for it. WOW!
