Drive Thru- service started off kind of rough. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a Med caramel frappe. After paying went to 2nd window for pick up, no wait in line the employee came to window... rudely saying, what was your order? Told her, she closed window. Another employee said do you want mocha because my machine is acting crazy or can we wait. Rushing to get to work and kids to school we said forget the frappe and give refund. Waited another 6 mins, and it's obvious a conversation about us is going on bc ppl from back kept coming up front looking out the window. Then the first employee said it was a caramel frappe right, we are looking confused and agreed another minute passes and out come frappe. Customer Service may be a thing of the past now.
