  • This place is so dry and dead! Like what is customer service to this place? You feel like you stepped into a strangers house and can't remember where the exit is. I've been here before but now I'm back and I'm definitely not gonna let this time slide. They still need to hire more ppl, this place sucks souls like hire more ppl. Bunch of ppl standing around looking lost like they don't know what to do next. It's like 1 person per dept and one person is working all 3 registers. Like what's the point of 3 registers if you're gonna hire 1 person to work em all. So unorganized and next time I think I'll make that trip Uptown or even Concord Mills than here!!!
