  • Terrible. Absolutely the worst. Technician came out to fix my Ac and charged me $60 simply to come out. A part needed to be ordered to fix it. Tech told me it would take maybe 2 days. Never heard back and I called the technician to see what was up, he said he hadn't heard back from the warehouse yet if they had the part or not so he would call in again. A week goes by, no call still from the tech. I called him. Same story.... Still hasn't heard from the warehouse but he was going to call again. 2 weeks go by... Still nothing and Ac not working and I've been charged for service visit. I called tech and cell was disconnected. I called cool blew and spoke to the rudest customer service agent in the world. Ok well maybe that's an unfair statement but this person, nevertheless, has no business being in customer service. I told her my Ac has been out for 2 weeks and still hasn't been fixed by the tech. She told me she didn't do scheduling so I asked if I could speak to the person that does. She told me no. I asked why. She told me they were working on scheduling repairs from the weekend (I had called on a Monday) I told her my Ac had broken 2 weeks ago and I would like to be scheduled. She told me again she didn't control scheduling and the scheduler would get to it when she got to it.... Not ok. It's been 2 weeks! So I called my insurance company who referred me to this company and asked them what my options were. Insurance company calls cool blew and spoke to my service techs boss. The boss said he would personally call me to schedule.... So I wait for a call with what little faith I had left in this company and guess what.... No call. 2 weeks and 3 days later my Ac is finally fixed but that is completely unreasonable to leave an Ac in broken status for 2+ weeks and not communicate to the customer as to why. Terrible and go somewhere else.
