  • I came in wanting to get a forward helix done, but Alex, my piercer, explained to me why it couldn't be done with my particular ear shape. I decided to get a rook instead, and had a lovely experience. Alex took great pains to make sure that everything was clean and nothing was cross-contaminated; he used 5-6 pairs of gloves for my session alone. He was very patient with getting the placement right, and he was both professional and personable so that my piercing was quickly, painlessly, and stress-free. I'm taking off a star, though, because of how long I had to wait. When I walked in, I was told that there was a 20 minute wait; I ended up waiting more than an hour AND 20 minutes.
