  • HOW has this place not been reviewed yet??? Weird! It's a great little boutique similar to other stores like Write Impressions, Outer Layer and Red Pegasus. I love this place - this is where I send Mr. Rosie S. when he's clueless. I say, "Trust me. ANYTHING you buy for me there, I'll love." Makes things easy. Plus, it's true! It's a short walk from the St. Clair subway station, and right around the corner from our dog groomer, as well as right across from the Bagel House. You KNOW how I feel about the Bagel House. Cards for every occasion! Beautiful, unique cards! Cards with swear words on them! Cards with glitter! Cards with pop-ups! Cards with nudity! Cards with the best-written sentiments on them! Cards for no reason! I love cards. When I was there yesterday, I picked up two gorgeous marriage congratulations cards for two weddings we're going to this summer, as well as a super-funky retro-hippie-looking Father's Day card for my Daddio. Bought a cute reusable ladybug bag too, as I had left my others at home. Plus, they have every little doo-dad and trinket you could imagine. Funky kitchen stuff, pet stuff, eco-friendly goods, toys, stationary and office/school supplies no one else will have, wrapping supplies, home decor, shower supplies, etc. with a mix of some accessories (jewellery, sunglasses, purses/wallets, etc.) and books. They carry some of my favourite lines/brands, like LUG (http://www.luglife.ca) and Anne Taintor (http://www.annetaintor.com/), as well as some indie companies and designers I've never seen or heard of. Do yourself a favour and take a look! Betcha can't leave without buying SOMETHING!
