Five dollar Tuesdays with two dollar buckets of popcorn, drink specials. Drinks! Not just soda but actual grown up drinks, (and they're actually good); many craft beers. Handsome and charming bartenders. (Well, one in particular, though I may be biased.) Dreamloungers. Ultrascreen, 3D, take your pick. Covered parking. Easy Marcus app purchasing and phone scan ticket retrieval. All great things.
The only downsides: location. I wish we had more that two theaters in Madison at far east and far west locations. Either way, it's a long slog home for us central city dwellers. And the seats -- comfy as they are, I'm not a fan of sharing a double seat with a stranger; I see movies by myself most of the time. It's just weird that that's the only option. It's usually not a big deal, except when you have a twitcher/foottapper that shakes the shared chair, and you have to tell them to knock that shit off already. I mean. People.
