  • This is the best way to sell if you have equity in your home! Open Door was fast, easy, and friendly. It was only a week between our online application and our soonest available close date. Open Door made us competitive buyers. Since we had a solid offer on our current home, that didn't depend on another buyer, we made for safer buyers. We also had a flexible close date, meaning that we were ready to close when the sellers for our new house were ready. Open Door also provides a late check-out option, which allowed us to move out at our own pace. Rae Peterson, our Open Door Experience Manager, was amazing through the whole process. She was friendly and always available for questions. I highly recommend using Open Door to sell your home!
