  • I received a flyer from them just as I was getting ready to clean out a house. Since they are locally owned, I chose them to remove old furniture, bags of junk, and to clean the house top-to-bottom. They quoted a price that seemed too low to me but I took the offer, assuming that I would need to pay them more. BIG MISTAKE. After I consented to reschedule because THEIR crew had a family emergency, I received a phone call saying that the job was bigger than they thought and thus they would NOT do any of it. The scheduler then made claims about the house that were simply not true and was incredibly rude. In short, she claimed that I was not truthful about the state of the house, whereas she agreed she had not asked the right questions to make a good quote. I firmly believe that she realized the quote was too low and just didn't want to risk doing the work and arguing for a higher fee. So, they left me a week behind on my timeline and caused me some serious aggravation. Avoid this unprofessional service!!!
