The prices are good when stuff is on sale/you have a coupon, but you would have to be crazy to pay full price for anything in here. Its all marked up. That being said, I got some great deals this past weekend (sweater for $5, long sleeve tees for $2).
They need more people on the floor, keeping it tidy. Items were thrown everywhere, and it was a huge pain to find something I liked, only to have to search the entire store for the correct size because many items were not placed next to the rest of the stock. Dressing rooms were full of clothes (and people). I'm sure I would have bought more had things been put in their proper location--after a while I didn't have the energy to hunt down the correct sizes anymore.
Checkout lines were long, but most of the registers were staffed. Zero stars for the cashier who WOULD NOT TAKE NO for an answer about opening a Kohl's charge. It became grating after the second time. I stopped counting at 10. TEN. The cashier asked me MORE THAN 10 TIMES in one transaction if I wanted to open a charge card (the answer was no each time). I'm being reeeaaalllly generous with those stars today...
