  • I was getting a run around from my old provider and decided to call up sprint due to their hot new offer they had. It was $80 unlimited talk,text,data and phone included. I called the store on Rainbow and Spring Mountain, Kody answered and I asked him a few questions which he answered promptly. I went down into the store at 5:00 PM. I was greeted by Kody as he was helping another customer set up her phone. Once all done with her I went ahead and told him what I wanted and he broke it down for me on how it works. I asked for iPhone 6 in black and 64G. Kody didn't have one there so he drove to another store and got one for me, mind you they close at 5:30. After he got back he was in a process of setting up and activating my phone but the system was having technical difficulties. He was really patient with the tech support line, this went on for almost two hours. Around 7ish my phone was activated. Kody is great, he didn't have to stay pass his time but he did and told me if I had any questions just to call or text him pass working hours on his cell. Great experience at sprint. Definitely will refer my friends to him and I will be a returning customer. Thanks Kody!
