If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Few months ago I was in Phoenix for a conference and realized a feature triple d joint was around the corner from my hotel. I ended up at this location two times and the other location (barrio cafe Gran reserva) once. Mind you I was only in the area for four nights! I chose to eat at the bar both times- which was great- tiny but no one was there at same time as me so it worked . Bartenders both nights were very friendly . I ordered the same thing both times - cochinita pibil - and I continue to dream about it months later. I have never tasted anything as succulent and simple but with complex flavor profile - I take my hat off to Chef Silvana- please open a restaurant in NYC!
