  • I lived here for a year. My apartment was ok, but a little noisy. There's a lot of police and fire trucks running down Mill Ave!! Reasonably safe, AC was always cold, and no bugs. Maintenance was always responsive. I didn't have many issues, but they always took care of them same day. Front office was helpful and pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about the apartments or staff. What I didn't particularly care for was Greystar. I already think that east valley rent compared to west is outrageous, but when they wanted to raise my rent 12% after the first year it just didn't seem right. I actually went into the office and asked them if I was being punished lol. It's not a bad place, just not for me anymore.
