I scheduled a cab in advance for May 1st and May 2nd. I received a call from them to confirm and everything was set. 12:30AM this morning, I received numerous phone calls from Clean Air Cab and from the driver Chris. His voicemail was really offensive and said the next time I schedule a cab and need to cancel, then I should be courteous and just cancel and I have wasted his time and money? For some reason Clean Air Cab had me scheduled for 4/21 @ 12:30AM. After numerous phone calls and email confirmations, not sure how they got the date wrong. Sorry for the cab driver, but get the facts straight before you leave a nasty voicemail when the problem lies with your company and not the consumer...
