  • Very rough neighborhood. Long black hair attached to our towels. Uncomfortable bedding. Air conditioning did not work. There are a lof of reasons why this is the least expensive Hilton in Phoenix. Even the bed in the "official" picture is lumpy and obviously sloped toward the headv)board! Avoid this hotel unless you are desparate!
