  • Terrible. Wait was long and then they tried to scam me into paying a lot more money. My iPhone 6 upgrade was $360 plus an extra $40 a month. The extra $40 a month is what's terrible. They tried to bullshit me into doing some plan and end up paying full retail price. I said no, I just want to trade in my phone and pay up front. Well she was not happy about it and said I was getting charged $40 a month now. I said ok I'm going to Walmart then. Walmart charged me $310 for the upgrade and no added money to my bill. Plus they didn't make me trade it in! Go to walmart for upgrades people!!!!! Those sales reps just want to commission! Bye AT&T
