  • Spent $25,000 and they wouldn't give me a bolt that was missing from a pocket dolly I bought. They told me a Kinoflo light set had bulbs and it didn't. I asked for help and they told me to go to a hardware store. I asked for a part for my pocket dolly and they took it off a demo and charged me a made up price for it... Very bizarre! Went with their "Expert" advice and was called an amateur and I ended up getting burnt on my purchase. Worst experience of my life. Even though were are a high profile client they are willing to piss that away for $30. I am building a studio and will NOT purchase from them.
