  • Wouldn't live here if we didn't need to transfer from San Diego. Thank goodness we ended our lease and bought a house! Only going to list cons, you can assume everything else is standard apartment living. People are always smoking in the hallways, and once every couple of weeks the office sends out an email asking residents to stop. A year of this and I guarantee they still send it. Had my bike stolen here, so much for gates! Only one recycling container and its the farthest thing from any apartment. So you'll see boxes these jerks don't break down in the trash every single time. People are constantly parking in other spots, one guy leaves his motorcycle in an open spot, then parks his car there...next to it! Which means he is crowding out the assigned space next to him. Gym smells and a lot of sweaty people don't bring towels and just drop all over everything. Worst check out ever. They charged us to paint 3 walls! There were no marks, stains or problems with any walls. They also charged $40th to recaulk the bathroom shower!! It was deteriorated when we moved in, but never said anything because we figured it was normal wear and tear. A couple people in the office are nice, most are rude and unhelpful. Nothing is their problem. A lot of areas in the parking lots flood when it pours. Seen some water levels almost at people's car doors!! Lastly, garages are shared, so hope you have 3 great garage mates! 2 of 3 always left the doors open. Bottom line, these guys will take you to the cleaners and the complex is not even remotely worth the money. We've stayed in 2 if their corporate communities and both were bad experiences.
