  • Hello Bistro is a nice concept for a college town. It like and express Eat N Park with a very limited menu. They had salads with a great selection of topics! It was like a salad bar but the staff prepares your salad for you (much more sanitary than the traditional salad bar). They also had a nice selection of burgers. The burgers are cooked like Eat N Park burgers (they are cooked well, you cannot choose how you want your burger cooked) The staff was friendly, the layout was nice. I wish they had a few more options on the menu and I wish they served Eat N Park cookies!!!!!
