  • Sapporo is surprisingly good. For about the same price as AYCE, you get better quality fish and ridiculously fast and friendly service. They are a well-oiled machine, and the low turnaround time was a welcome relief on a busy Sunday night. When I go for sushi, I start off with miso soup and lots of nigiri. And I felt like Sapporo did a good job on them both. The miso soup was flavorful and the fish quality was fresh in terms of off-strip prices. We roughly ended up spending $25 a person for rolls, tempura, and lots of nigiri including more premium pieces (toro, ebi, and uni) to share. Definitely recommend this place if you're super hungry, in the area, and craving sushi.
