rev:text	I did not have such a favorable experience. This is the first time I have had to do something other than turbo tax on my own because my taxes were more complicated with out of state revenue. The person who prepared my taxes (while aware that I had income generated in another state) did not file those state taxes (only AZ). I was not aware I had to file in another state. This is one of the things I would expect that THEY would know. I only found out because a friend happened to mention that she gets income from another state and has to file there. When I called back I was told I really need to see the person who did my taxes "but she will not be back until the 18th" (obviously past tax day) .... so how does THAT help me?? I had to insist that someone else meet with me prior to that. I was given an appt. for today at 4:00 however was called yesterday and told I do not have to come in because someone there did file my other state taxes (WITHOUT ME EVEN PRESENT! ). I was also told that I owe , however the person on the phone could not tell me how much. Tomorrow is the deadline and I had to insist that I'm coming in there today anyway because obviously I need a copy of my return to that I can send in my payment by the 15th which is tomorrow. I am completely appalled to say the least at the lack of knowledge and poor customer service. And after all of this I can honestly say I am not confident my taxes were even done correctly. And I paid almost $300 for this awful place!! I do not recommend it. I will never use this company again !!!!
